Land Development Project Manager

Orlando is one of the fastest-growing development markets in America — master-planned communities, build-to-rent, retail and mixed-use pushing outward in every direction. Our client, a national consulting firm with a serious Florida growth mandate, needs a Project Manager who can own that work end to end.

What you'll run

• Residential, mixed-use and commercial land development projects from due diligence through construction
• Site design, grading, stormwater management, utility layouts and permitting packages
• Entitlements and agency coordination across Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties
• A small team of design engineers and EITs who will look to you for direction

What you'll need

• 4–10 years in private land development with a consulting firm
• PE license preferred — or well on the way to it
• Civil 3D fluency and a production mindset
• The client-facing confidence to run a meeting and defend a design
