What you'll run

  • Land development projects across Allegheny and the surrounding counties — residential, commercial and industrial
  • Grading and earthwork design on genuinely challenging terrain, stormwater and utility packages
  • Entitlements, municipal coordination and agency approvals
  • Project budgets, schedules and client communication end to end

What you'll need

  • 3–10 years in private land development
  • PE license, or approaching licensure with the exam in sight
  • Strong grading and stormwater fundamentals — this market rewards them
  • The drive to step up: this office has genuine leadership headroom
