Land Development Project Manager
Western Pennsylvania land development is demanding work — real topography, real stormwater challenges, and clients who value engineers who can handle both. Our client's Pittsburgh office has an established residential and commercial book and needs a Project Manager to help carry it forward.
What you'll run
- Land development projects across Allegheny and the surrounding counties — residential, commercial and industrial
- Grading and earthwork design on genuinely challenging terrain, stormwater and utility packages
- Entitlements, municipal coordination and agency approvals
- Project budgets, schedules and client communication end to end
What you'll need
- 3–10 years in private land development
- PE license, or approaching licensure with the exam in sight
- Strong grading and stormwater fundamentals — this market rewards them
- The drive to step up: this office has genuine leadership headroom
