Land Development Project Manager

Tampa Bay is booming and our client is at the center of it — residential, commercial and master-planned community work stacked across Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas. This seat is for a Project Manager ready to own delivery in one of Florida's strongest markets.

What you'll run

• Site/civil delivery for residential, commercial and master-planned projects from concept through construction
• Grading, drainage, stormwater and utility design with full permitting responsibility
• Direct client relationships — you are the face of the project, not a name on the org chart
• Mentoring design engineers as the local team grows around you

What you'll need

• 4–10 years of private land development experience at a consulting firm
• PE license preferred
• Deep comfort taking a site from raw dirt to approved construction documents
• Ambition — this office is scaling and the leadership path is real
